Take notice that on 19 March 2007, an application for putting Delgra Transport Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 30 April 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Vulcan Tyres Christchurch Limited, whose address for service is 87 Kahikatea Drive, Hamilton.
