Take notice that on 10 October 2006, an application
for putting Greys Avenue Development Limited
(in receivership) (as trustee of Greys Avenue Development Trust) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 25 January 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the hearing date.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Auckland South Service Centre, 17 Putney Way (PO Box 76198), Manukau, Auckland (Enquiries to: Geraldine Ann Ryan on telephone (09) 984 2002).
