Take notice that on 15 February 2007, an application for putting into liquidation Alpine Lifestyle Developments Limited (struck off) by the High Court was filed in the
High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 17 May 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland
Revenue Department, 1 Bryce Street, Hamilton.
