Take notice that on 8 February 2007, an application for putting Clements and Page Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 2 April 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Aggreko (NZ) Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 8, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, whose address for service is at the office of Lowndes Associates, Level 5, Lowndes Associates House, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
