Take notice that on 22 December 2006, an application
for putting Lakeland Brick & Tile 2000 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 12 April 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is CSR Building Products Limited (trading as Monier Wunderlich and Monierbrick), whose address
for service is at the offices of Olphert Sandford, Solicitors, Atlantis House, 14 Amohia Street (PO Box 99), Rotorua.
