Take notice that on 23 February 2007, an application for putting Reporoa Ostrich Hatchery Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 12 April 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tradewinds Stock Foods Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Sharp Tudhope, Solicitors, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
Documents may be:
