Take notice that on 20 February 2007, an application for putting World Wines Direct Limited (trading as Wine Deli) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Wednesday, 28 March 2007 at 2.00pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
