Take notice that on 30 January 2007, an application for putting Richmastery (Central) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 12 April 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Outdoor Furniture Factory Limited, whose address for service is c/o Patrick Charles Stuart,
Chris Rejthar & Associates, 2 Cameron Road, Tauranga.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 13033, Tauranga; or
