Take notice that on 22 December 2006, an application for putting Bryco C. A. Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 3 April 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Te Whanau o Waipareira Trust, whose address for service is at the offices of Grove Darlow
& Partners, Solicitors, Level 10, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
