Take notice that on 9 February 2007, an application
for putting On Shelf Redden Limited (formerly Peter Hodgkinson Autos Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on 29 March 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is On Shelf No 2 Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, 197 Bridge Street, Nelson.
