Take notice that on 26 January 2007, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Doug Taylor Builders Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 17 May 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rivervista Ventures No.2 Limited (formerly known as Skyrise Hire Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 1433, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP 24024, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (09) 358 2055.
