Take notice that on 23 January 2007, an application for putting Little Labels NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 5 March 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Maude
& Miller, 2nd Floor, McDonald’s Building, Cobham Court (PO Box 50555 or DX SP 32505), Porirua City.
