Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Hastings Fire District Abolition Notice, December 2007.
2. This notice shall come into force on 17 December 2007.
3. This notice abolishes the Hastings Fire District and revokes any previous fire district notices pertaining to the Hastings Fire District.
