Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Avon Fire District Abolition Notice, December 2003.
2. This notice shall come into force on 10 December 2003.
3. This notice abolishes the Avon Fire District and revokes any previous fire district notices pertaining to the Avon Fire District.
