Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Board gives notice that the section of State highway described in the Schedule hereto is revoked within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
Schedule
That section of State Highway 20A in the City of Manukau, commencing at a point (Route Position 0/3.874) on George Bolt Memorial Drive at the Auckland International Airport property boundary, 674 metres south of Montgomerie Road intersection, and extending in a generally southerly direction to a point (Route Position 0/4.998) 400 metres north of
the junction with Tom Pearce Drive at Auckland Airport;
a distance of 1.124 kilometres.
This resolution was passed at a meeting of Transit
New Zealand held in Wellington on the 5th day of November 2007.
