Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Tauranga Kawerau Fire District Notice, October 2007.
2. This notice shall come into force on 10 October 2007.
3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for Tauranga and Kawerau Fire Districts.
Constitution of a Fire District
(a) The urban areas of Tauranga and Kawerau are hereby constituted as a fire district.
(b) The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
