Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Tauranga Fire District Abolition Notice, October 2007.
2. This notice shall come into force on 10 October 2007.
3. This notice abolishes the Tauranga Fire District and revokes any previous fire district notices pertaining to the Tauranga Fire District.
