By resolution of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority Appointments Panel at its meeting held on 8 August 2007, and pursuant to section 13 of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the panel appointed the following as directors of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority:
Andrew Buxton
for a term commencing on 3 September 2007 and ceasing on 30 June 2010; and
Anthony Marks
Mark Benjamin
for terms commencing on 31 August 2007 and ceasing on 30 June 2010.
