Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Pouto Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2007.
(2) This notice will come into force on the 28th day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Abolition of the Pouto Rural Fire District—The Pouto Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice—The Pouto Rural Fire District Notice 1976* and amendments† are hereby revoked.
