Pursuant to section 30I(b) of the Telecommunications
Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission
(“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has received
a proposal from Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited for the unbundled bitstream access service.

Parties to the determination were notified on 13 July 2007 and have until 27 July 2007 to submit on the proposals.
Submissions may be made about any matter to which the proposal relates but must set out the wording of any additional or alternative terms that are proposed to be included in the standard terms determination.
