Pursuant to section 4 of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Pumicelands Rural Fire District Constitution and Administration Notice 2000 Amendment No. 1.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rural Fire District Notice—The principal notice* is hereby amended by adding to
the Schedule as follows:
(3) Land to be Excluded from the Rural Fire District
That area as shown on map NRFA0704, being an area bounded by the west bank of the Waitahanui River, the middle of the Te Arero Stream, and the boundary between land parcels “Pt Tauhara Middle 4A2B2C” and “Pt Tauhara South A”.
