Pursuant to section 30F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Commerce Commission ("the Commission") gives public notice that it has given written notice to Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited (including any of its subsidiaries) ("Telecom") requiring it to submit a standard terms proposal in respect of the designated access service described as "Telecom's unbundled copper local loop network backhaul (telephone exchange to interconnect point)" ("the service").
According to the notice, Telecom must submit to the Commission a standard terms proposal in respect of
the service by 5.00pm on Friday, 28 September 2007.
