Pursuant to section 30I(b) of the Telecommunications
Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission
(“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has received proposals from Telecom New Zealand Limited for the unbundled copper local loop network and unbundled copper local loop network co-location services.

Parties to the determination have until 28 June 2007 to submit on the proposals.
Submissions may be made about any matter to which the proposals relate but must set out the wording of any additional or alternative terms that are proposed to be included in the standard terms determination.
