Pursuant to sections 4(1) and 8(1) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tekapo Military Training Area Defence Rural Fire District Notice 2003 Amendment No. 1.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rural Fire District Notice—The principal notice* is hereby amended by deleting the Schedule and inserting a new Schedule as follows:
“Canterbury Land District
All those parcels of land marked “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” on SO 302746; also shown on plans numbered NRFA 0702 held in the offices of the National Rural Fire Authority at Wellington.”
