Pursuant to section 30F of the Telecommunications
Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission
(“Commission”) gives public notice that it has given two written notices to Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited requiring it to submit two separate standard terms proposals in respect of the following designated access services:
(1) Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network; and
(2) Telecom’s unbundled bitstream access.
According to the notices, Telecom must submit to the Commission a standard terms proposal in respect of
the unbundled copper local loop network service by 12 June 2007, and a standard terms proposal in respect of the unbundled bitstream access service by 11 July 2007.
