Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Makomako Defence Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2007.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Abolition of Makomako Defence Rural Fire District—The Makomako Defence Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice—The Makomako Defence Rural Fire District Notice 1986* is hereby revoked.
