Pursuant to section 79(5) of the Hazardous Substances
and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority advises that it has approved a Code of Practice for Design and Construction of Above Ground Stationary Rotationally Moulded Tanks for Automotive Diesel Storage and Dispensing incorporating EN13341.
This code is intended to provide a means of compliance
with the regulatory requirements of clauses 8(2) and 77(b) of Schedule 8 and clause 33(1)(b) of Schedule 10 of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004.
This code can be inspected at the Wellington office of ERMA New Zealand, Level 1, BP House, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, and is available for purchase from Fuel Storage Systems Limited, PO Box 115, Ashburton.
