Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as from 3 December 2007, we, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of Col Downs Haulage Limited.
