Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 29 November 2007, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Capital + Merchant Finance Limited pursuant to a debenture trust deed dated the 5th day of April 2002.
