Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 29 November 2007, Anthony
John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Valenzia Limited under the terms of a general security agreement dated on 29th day of August 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
