On 23 November 2007, Fortress Credit Corporation (Australia) II Pty Limited, being the holder of a general security agreement dated the 5th day of October 2006
and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on
5 October 2006 and issued to it by Capital + Merchant Finance Limited (in receivership), appointed Tim Wilson Downes and Richard Grant Simpson, chartered accountants of Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of
the company.
