Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 29 November 2007, Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of the property of Whelans Road Trust (in receivership) under the powers contained in a loan agreement, a general security agreement and a mortgage all dated the 15th day of February 2006, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
