Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 9 November 2007, Damien Grant was appointed receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company, acting under powers conferred by a general security deed (all obligations) dated the 7th day of August 2004.
