Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11(4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on 21 November 2007 at 2.10pm, I resigned as
receiver and manager of Ibiza & Isobar Restaurants Limited (in receivership and liquidation) as appointed under the general security agreement in favour of David Hutcheson and Gerd Hutcheson (“the second debenture holders”) which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 20 August 1999.
