Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Eastern Bay Energy Trust, the general security agreement holder of the partnership having its registered office at
Pyne Street, Whakatane, on November 2007 appointed Kenneth Peter Brown and Robert James Neilson, chartered accountants of Tauranga, as joint receivers and managers of the property of Parkwood Biomass Solutions Partnership under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 17th day of February 2006, which property consists of all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
