Pyne Street, Whakatane, on November 2007 appointed Kenneth Peter Brown and Robert James Neilson, chartered accountants of Tauranga, as joint receivers and managers of the property of Parkwood Administration Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 17th day of February 2006, which property consists of all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
