Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 2 November 2007, Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several receivers and managers over all the assets and undertakings of Policy Factoring Limited (in receivership), such assets and undertaking comprising a receivables ledger.
