Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, hereby give notice that on 14 November 2007, we were appointed receivers of the assets and income of Marble Magic Limited under the debenture dated the 23rd day of January 1998, followed by the general security agreement dated the 18th day of December 2002, granted by Marble Magic Limited in favour of the Acton Family Trust.
