Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11(4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on 6 November 2007 at 3.20pm, I resigned as receiver and manager of Napier Hotel Marine Parade Limited and Robert Brown Enterprises Limited (both in receivership) as appointed under the general security agreement in favour of Bridgecorp Finance Limited which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 11 August 2005.
