Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 7 November 2007, I, David William Hector, was appointed by Ashton Bruce Wood and Leon Derek Wood, acting under powers conferred by the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 13th day of November 2002 and deed of assignment of securities dated the 19th day of September 2007, to act as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
