Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 19 October 2007 at 5.20pm, Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Mutual Finance Limited as receivers
and managers of the property of D&D City Limited
(in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 20th day of December 2006, secured over all present and future property of the company.
