Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 18 October 2007, Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, and Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of the property of Winsun Developments Limited
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 31st day of March 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s present and after acquired property, and all the personal property in which it has rights, whether now or in the future.
