Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 10 October 2007, we, Glen Allan Stapley and Cyril Warren McKenzie, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as joint receivers and managers of all of the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
The appointment is effective pursuant to powers conferred by a general security agreement granted by the company.
