Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO Spicers, Auckland, have been jointly appointed receivers of the above-named companies on 4 October 2007, under the terms of a debenture trust deed dated the 23rd day of January 2003, giving security in favour of Covenant Trustee Company Limited.
