Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 2 October 2007, we, Glen Allan Stapley and Cyril Warren McKenzie, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as joint receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
The appointment is effective pursuant to powers conferred by a general security agreement granted by the company.
