Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers of Carmaco Limited on 24 January 2007, by Westpac New Zealand Limited under the terms of a general security agreement over the whole of the assets
of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
