Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Game Recovery Haast Limited on 14 September 2007 at 9.50am, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 22nd day of May 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
