Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass, hereby give notice that on 15 January 2007, we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of the assets and undertakings of 360 Degrees Limited pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of June 2006.
