Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 10 September 2007, Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, and John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Terrence John Cuthbert under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 15th day of December 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired property of Terrence John Cuthbert.
