Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the partnership on 5 September 2007 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 4th day of September 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the partnership's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 12, 119 Armagh Street (PO Box 13244), Christchurch.
